Props

You're welcome to bring your own mat and blanket if you have them, especially during cold and flu season. But don't worry if you forget—our studio offers mats, blankets, and props at no extra cost to support your practice and accessibility. Please bring a closed water bottle to stay hydrated, and for special events like sound baths, we recommend bringing your own props for added comfort if you can. Dressing in cozy layers is always a good idea!

Late Policy

To honor the focus of our classes, we lock the doors once class begins. We understand that life can cause delays, but we kindly ask that you don’t knock or call after the doors are locked, as the teacher will be in session. While it’s disappointing to arrive late, this policy ensures the uninterrupted practice of those already settled in. We appreciate your understanding and care for our community.

As part of our commitment to accessibility and inclusivity, we offer $5 Community Yoga every Thursday evening. Join us in fostering connection and support for all.
